SimpleListMaker is an easy to use iPhone app that helps you create custom lists.

SimpleListMaker allows you to define list templates with specific attributes for list items, then you can use these templates to create all the lists you need.

Lists created with SimpleListMaker can be transfered as csv files to your computer using iTunes. Lists can be sent as email attachments to be opened with a spreadsheet or with SimpleListMaker app.

The lite version of SimpleListMaker allows you to define one template and built two lists.
